Student work and consent
Do not publish student work, images or recordings without consent. Check the school's policy on student data and publishing. Where possible, publish anonymously or to a closed class audience. Remove metadata and personal details before release.
Currency and review
The packet was prepared for the 2027 Year 8 English course and reviewed in October 2026. It is a general skills resource, not a syllabus document. Teachers should align it with the current curriculum, school policies and the tools available in their setting.
Credit is part of creation. A maker who can name their sources and permissions is more trustworthy than one who simply presents a finished piece.
